- The cancellation of an order
We understand that your health needs may change at any moment. So, if you want to introduce any changes to your order, you can cancel it until we send it out to you. - Compensation for damaged goods
Our personnel gives maximum attention to packaging issues. We do our best to prevent any damages during shipping procedures. Still, we cannot control or influence the operation of postal services. So, there is always a risk of damages. We are well aware of all the risks related to shipping, that is why we provide our customers with special delivery insurance.
If you open a package and find out that some item has been spoiled, please, take photos and contact our consultant right away. He will provide you with further instructions. Please, do not send damaged products back without contacting us.
- Refund for low-quality goods
We guarantee that all the items presented in our catalog meet international quality and safety standards. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the products received, please, contact our support department. We will provide you with the address for returning a product. You will have the right to send it back within 30 days. We will return your money after receiving the item.
- Resending missing goods
Our personnel carefully checks every package before sending out, still, a certain risk of human-factor errors is left. If you see that an order is incomplete, we will compensate for missing products.
Take note that, in case you order generic and brand medications, they will be sent separately. Also, if an order contains more than 120 pills, it will be divided into two or more packages.
- Reshipping
When we ship goods for long distances, several postal services can be involved. That increases the risk of losing a package. Besides, there is a risk that it will get stuck at customs. In such a case local authorities will inform you about that.
So, if your order has not arrived within the delivery terms agreed, turn to our customer service for additional information. If it is lost, we will either resend it to you or return your money.
